🤝 Who are we looking for?

We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Head of Marketing to lead our B2B SaaS company's international expansion efforts in Europe. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of how to shape communication across different market segments (SMBs, Mid-Markets, Enterprises) and support sales teams in both inbound and outbound operations with diversified customer profiles. Expertise in performance marketing, social media, and content marketing are essential for this position.

👉 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive international marketing strategy, with a focus on expanding our presence in Europe across different market segments
  • Lead the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns, including email, social media, short video, and content marketing initiatives that cater to the specific needs of different market segments

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales enablement materials and campaigns that support both inbound and outbound operations with diversified customer profiles

  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's overall brand and messaging
  • Continuously analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals

👉 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing and minimum 5 years in B2B SaaS industry

  • Strong background in content marketing and experience in social media and short video communication formats

  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and teams

  • Strong understanding of how to shape communication across different market segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise) and support sales in both inbound and outbound operations with diversified customer profiles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with a wide range of SaaS marketing tools and a strong understanding of technology stack and data analysis is essential for this role 

  • Additional language skills, particularly in German or another European language, would be
    an advantage
